RMD Training - Neurotoxin / Dermal Fillers

The RMD Training program is a 2 day hands on introduction to our aesthetics and wellness platform and injectables program. As a complete service, we offer the following during and after you training - to jumpstart your career in aesthetics:

A premium, hands-on training experience, with the option to add-on our mentorship package (an extra 4 day 1 on 1 intense training expereince).
Mentorship is provided, until you are able to inject confidently and comfortably
Ability to shadow any of our excellent injectors, for specific areas or for full face correction.
The unlimited package includes Laser Hair Removal, IV therapy, weight loss, TRT/ BHRT, IPL, Microneedling with PRP, Microneedling with radiofrequency and more.

Upon graduation/ mentorship completion, if desired (If you already have a certificate, only a mentorship is needed):

A Medical Director will be provided for you at no additional cost (valued at $12,000 - $24,000 per year)
Space to inject provided to you at no additional cost (valued at ($15,000 - $36,000 per year)
A suite will be styled to your liking, including aesthetic chair (valued at $7,000 to $10,000).
Marketing materials, injectable products purchased upfront at no extra cost to you.

FAQs

Botox® Training, Dermal Filler Training you must be a Physician (MD or DO), Dentist (DMD or DDS), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA) or Registered Nurse (RN).

If you are a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Aesthetician, you may attend and practice during the hands-on portion of the training for Botox® Training, Dermal Filler Training, but you must have a medical director who approves the training.

Yes, we provide customizable in-office training where you choose the courses to meet your specific business needs. Choose from: Botox® Training, Dysport® Training, Xeomin® Training, dermal filler training, Advanced Botox Training, Advanced dermal filler training, Sclerotherapy Training, and Microdermabrasion/Chemical Peel Training.

An experienced instructor travels to your place of business to instruct you, your staff, and/or colleagues on the training courses that will best meet your goals. In-office training packages can be built to include injectable supply kits, customized consent, and history forms, a one-hour marketing webinar, assistance with pharmaceutical account set-up, and printed presentation books for the attendees.

Training is a 2 day course that includes didactics and hands on experience. You will receive a certificate at the end of the training.

Mentorship is a 4 day hands on experience, designed for those people who have already received a certificate somewhere, but are not comfortable injecting.

You should not skip training because the mentorship is 4 days vs 2. We do go over some anatomy and product knowledge during the mentorship, but you should really use that time to inject, learn how to sell, know what to say to clients and practice injecting some more.

After your mentorship you should feel really close to being a rockstar

The fun happens. After you train, you may need mentorship. After your mentorship, we will map out a plan for your injecting success. We will set you up for further mentorship if you are not comfortable injecting just yet. You will be able to discuss your concerns and you will make a decision if you want to continue working with Replenish or use what you've learned to start your own program. We haven't had anyone do this on their own, but that is an option.
