Mentorship is our main offering. It's not just advice to new injectors or business tips on how to be succesful, most of mentorship is designed to help mentees practice services on models that they provide. Our m.o. is the promotion of practice! We want our injectors to get as much practice as possible before they start injecting actively.

Yes, a lot of our mentors are not Replenish employees. Rather, they are RNs, NPs, PAs, MDs and DOs who have extra time and possibly extra space to help mentees practice. This is not an endeavor that is time consuming. You are able to set your schedule. The mentee schedules time with their model, when you have time.

Any service we provide: Neuromodulators, Dermal Fillers, Sculptra, Kybella, PDO threads, Microneedling w and w/o prp, IV therapy, LHR, IPL, chemical peels and more

We want you to be pretty experienced. We want you to be able to do simple and advanced areas, advanced techniques. We want you to be very good at complication management.

Several places. We have hosted mentorships in suites, affiliated clinics and suites, in client's homes, in hotels. We are a concierge med spa with a decentralized model. We have affiliated clinics and if you have your own location we can do the mentorships at your location as well

With Replenish you choose your own schedule. If you have time to mentor we have students who would like to receive mentorship. However, if you are busy or just do not want to work for a period of time you are in control of your schedule.

We are always hiring for this position, because we are constantly brining in new injectors.

No. Even though we would love for you to work with replenish, there is no obligation to be a replenish provider. We have many mentors who have their own practice, work for other med spas, etc

Easy peasy! Even if you work for someone else but want to inject only on weekends, you can. We have two ways to become a Replenish provider: a management scenario and a medical director scenario. In the management scenario we provide malpractice, medical director, we purchase products for you you and when you complete services you invoice us for our agreed upon price. With our medical director option we provide you medical oversight, SOPs and access to our community for a monthly service charge. You don't have to be a replenish provider to be a mentor!

You can start pretty immediate. Of course we have to make sure you are qualified to work. We check social media, reviews, word of mouth, discussions with our current mentors.
