Good Faith Exam Only Services

Every new client has to receive a history and physical or good faith exam, at least once per year, where they give informed consented to services and procedures. If you are a nurse practitioner (under medical supervision), Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy you can do your own GFEs. If you are an LVN, RN or business owner you would need GFEs done for you clients.
